Bring your health insurance certificate or ID card (residence card) and make reservations at the reception and payment counter (desk 9).
If you have a medical treatment consultation form, proceed to the Medical Cooperation Center on the first floor. -

Ilsan Hospital offers services that let you select the medical staff and examination schedule directly via its website to enable making or canceling reservations for enhanced customer service. You can make appointments via the Internet using various methods such as reserving by department, medical staff, or name of disease. Please note that Internet reservation is not available for the dental hospital as treatment is carried out after consulting with each dental specialist.

Parking
Please use the basement-level parking.
In case of emergencies, you can use the parking lot in front of the Emergency Room. Parking fees apply.
Medical expense payment method
Cash or credit card. If you are subscribed to foreign medical insurance, documents or medical certificates needed for billing can be issued.
